I would like to ask, in the first review there were 2 major revisions and 1 acceptance, and all 3 reviewers provided feedback. Now the second review has started, but only 1 reviewer was invited. Ideally, shouldn't all reviewers be invited since they all have opinions that should be considered? Currently, only 1 reviewer has been invited and I don't understand why. Can anyone explain this? The paper originally had 3 reviewers, but one of them disappeared before the final review, so the editor had to find a replacement which wasted a month. The first review took 20 days for revisions, and an additional 10 days were requested from the editor.

We went through about 3 and a half months. The reviewer was super fast, the editor was a bit slow, the associate editor was quick, and the editor-in-chief was extremely slow. We received a decision after 28 days of submission, urging did not work, and it took 12 days to make a decision. The day after urging, the submission was accepted in the morning.
