It's a very slow journal. Submitted at the end of December, returned for revisions in February, and one of the reviewers disappeared. The editor is also a mysterious figure, inviting the runaway reviewer three times without inviting new ones or making progress. Three months later, still waiting for revisions with no end in sight.

Strongly recommend avoiding this journal. Three reviewers, 2 minor revisions and 1 major revision, were recommended by the editor for rejection and then recommended for fast-track publication in an open-access trash journal. It's really shameless.

Oh my god, I am Harry Wilkinson, the editor. When I received the revisions for review, they said my article did not meet the requirements of the journal, but could be revised.
