Submitted on January 2nd, revised on June 21st, with only one reviewer asking three questions. I made serious revisions and returned it on the 22nd, and it was accepted on July 13th. I didn't notice it was no longer SCI when I submitted it, but it is still listed in the CCF recommendations, which is better than nothing. It doesn't feel too difficult now.

Despite repeated emails, the only reply is that it is “still under review” and they are “looking for reviewers,” with no real updates. It has now been over a year in review and more than two years since submission. This prolonged delay, coupled with vague communication, has harmed my PhD progress and left parts of the work outdated. It is still under review and there has been no decision.
