This is the quickest acceptance. I submitted to TBD in July and it was rejected after major revisions (Desktop reject) because the direction did not match. It made me so angry! I calmed down and revised it, submitted to Neurocomputing in early December, got the first review result in early January with feedback from two reviewers, only about ten major points, and received feedback within two weeks. By the end of February and early March, I received the review comments, the first reviewer had no comments, the second reviewer had some questions and requested explanations, and the conclusion was accept with minor revisions. I made the revisions and received feedback on March 7. It was sent to two reviewers again, and after a month, I received the feedback result of acceptance. I am happy to be published in this journal for the second time!
