Be cautious, be cautious, be cautious, important things are said three times. I even feel that the editor is playing with Chinese contributors. In the past 14 months, three rounds of external review, each round with different reviewers, each round with new opinions, each round like the first round of external review, the comments raised are completely different, changes made and then changed back, changes made in the first round are raised again in the third round. During this period, there was also AI review. I seriously doubt the academic ethics, academic fairness, and professional integrity of the editorial department of this journal. It feels like they are just messing with you, without giving you a reason. I have already sent an email to the editorial department refusing to make further changes to the manuscript, and have directly blacklisted this journal.

I have been back for more than 20 days now, but my article R2 is still in the "out for review" status. I don't understand why this journal is so slow in efficiency... Normally, if it's the same reviewers, they should have finished writing their reviews and sent them to the editorial office. The usual external review time is 2 weeks.

After submitting the manuscript, it has been 4 months, and the speed in between is incredibly slow. Finally, these days I have seen the reputation of this journal! In the future, submissions must be checked for reputation! I feel that my article may eventually have a similar fate to others - being delayed for over a year and then rejected (despite friendly initial feedback). Now I am thinking about withdrawing, and I wonder if anyone has tried emailing the journal to request withdrawal of a submission?

Received on May 27th, and requested an ethics approval two weeks later. Then disappeared without a trace. I actively sent emails to inquire multiple times during this period, but always received replies stating that technical checks were ongoing. I did not change the author order or the institution name. Today (September 22nd), they said that my article did not meet the requirements of the journal and they wanted to revoke the acceptance decision. How can I complain about this journal? Submitted in February, the orthopedic research paper combined clinical and molecular animal experiments. It was sent for first review in April and returned for revisions in July. There were four reviewers, three positive and one negative. After revisions in August, the desk editor requested another ethics file before sending it for second review. It was rejected because it did not meet the journal's requirements. How can I complain about this stupid journal?

Hello, may I ask if after accepting, you received another email from them asking for modifications? After accepting, I received an email stating there were formatting issues and requesting direct email modifications, then a few days later I received the same email. The sender's reply email and sending email are different, so I suspect they did not receive my emails. I'm not sure if this is the reason for the issue.

Don't believe what others say, I personally experienced it once. I received the manuscript in the morning and got rejected in the afternoon by a very disgusting magazine. I suggest everyone not to try it, it's a waste of time and emotions.
