Dear seniors, in one round of review, I received two revisions and one rejection from the reviewers. The editor requested revisions, and in the second round, only two reviewers were assigned. Within a week, two reviewers completed their reviews and the status changed to RRC. The next day, a new reviewer was added and the status changed to UR. In this situation, is it a case of the reviewers changing their minds in the first round and inviting a new reviewer for arbitration, or did the first round miss inviting one of the reviewers for a supplementary invitation in the second round?

I have submitted to another journal before, and the reviewers said that my research on this topic is meaningless. However, all the references I cited in my paper have also focused on this topic, so I feel quite helpless.

Two experts in the first review, one expert's opinion is very good, and the other expert's opinion is average (leaning towards not good).
The paper was sent back for revisions at the beginning of July, and the AE handled it very promptly and quickly, sending it out for review on the third day after the revisions.
It should have been sent back to the two experts in the first review by now.
It has been nearly two weeks, and neither of the two experts in the first review has accepted the invitation to review the manuscript.

My paper was rejected at the second review, with one reviewer agreeing to accept it and another maliciously reviewing it, providing a lot of comments that were almost useless for the paper's revision. He said there was too much research and literature in this area... Does that mean we can't work on it just because there is too much? Also, I quoted a sentence from a published article without changing a single word, and he said there was a problem with that sentence (which is a very common description)... Another point is that I set a safety threshold for collision warning, and he said this threshold was not acceptable. My supervisor is a captain, and we had discussed this threshold many times before finalizing it. Furthermore, it has been tested and proven feasible in our research group's full-scale simulator at a 1:1 ratio. I plan to resubmit the paper.
