It delayed me for half a year, not showing any mercy.
It was only sent for review in the past 2 months, and after the review, it took another three to four months to receive 2 comments, one rejecting it and one suggesting minor revisions.

If I submit to another journal and receive one rejection and one revision request, I usually look for another reviewer. Even if it's just a minor revision, getting one rejection and two revision requests is not impossible.
