It took 7 months, during which no emails were sent to urge the editor. The status changed on the mini-program for the first review, inviting 19 reviewers but only two agreed to review. The second review took two months, and it was later discovered that a third reviewer had been invited. The editor and reviewers were very responsible and provided many constructive suggestions. Wishing OLE continued success and hoping that everyone's submissions will be accepted soon.
