Submitted in December last year (as a TOP in the first district).
April 17 major revision, with one month for modifications. Three reviewers are all quite professional, pointing out many minor issues. Luckily, none of them are difficult to address. The response letter is longer than the actual manuscript.
Revised on May 13.
Minor revisions on June 6.
Revised again on June 17.
Accepted on July 2.
Still awaiting production checklist.
Downgraded to non-TOP in the second district, unsure if it can climb back in 2024. Progress is slow, so please do not rush to submit. After looking at some of their paper timelines, most cycles are over a year.
