I submitted the article on the morning of September 12th, and returned in the evening to make formatting changes and add additional content. I resubmitted on the 13th and entered the peer review process the next day with the journal administrator. It is still with the assistant editor, I am not sure if the formatting has been approved. As of the 16th, the status has not changed.
