The first submission was made on January 15th, the revised manuscript was submitted on May 23rd after a major revision, and on June 7th it showed "waiting for decision". After waiting for about a week, I sent an email on the 13th to inquire about the progress, and they immediately sent it for review. Be cautious when submitting to this journal.

Transferred from JPCM, which is also under IOP, we adopted the original review comments from JPCM (the original review process took exactly three months). 
The review comments were replied to in 27 days, but actually only took 15 days.
After replying, the second round of review comments were received in 11 days, with only the need to improve the clarity of the paper's images and add supplementary references, given 5 days, but actually only took 2 days.
The paper was accepted two days after the second round of replies.
