The editor of this journal was really great. 2020.06.06, I received the email a few hours after submission. The editor rejected the manuscript for poor English grammar, but he said that he was interested in my article and helped me modify the abstract, saying that the main text should be revised like this and I was welcome to submit again. 2020.06.08, I submitted the paper again, and it was sent for review in one day. 2020.07.18, major revision, three reviewers. The first two reviewers had a total of 16 questions, and the third reviewer rejected the manuscript. 2020.07.22, revised submission. 2020.07.24, minor revisions. The editor himself read it again, but did not send it for review. Then he asked me to correct some grammatical errors. He had helped me correct them all, just asking me if I agreed with this modification. 2020.07.24 revised submission. 2020.07.25 acceptance.

I did not pay attention to this journal. I know it because of being invited to review. It’s relatively good. This was my first submission. The result came back in 2 months, major revision was required. The requirement of one reviewer was relatively simple, and another one had a lot of demands, but he was quite professional. I seriously replied all the comments and references, made considerable explanations and supplements. It was accepted a few days after the submission of revised manuscript. But it will take about half a year before it can be published.
