I received the initial decision on May 3rd, waited for about a week for a review, received the reviewer's comments on June 10th, revised and resubmitted on June 29th, and finally got accepted on July 9th.

It turned out to be open access, and the publication fee is still so expensive. Fortunately, it was rejected. The journal is quite good, considered a top-tier journal in the field of polymers, on the boundary between Zone 1 and Zone 2. How did it suddenly become open access? After submitting for 2 months, I received a rejection with 2 reviewers rejecting and 2 recommending revisions. The reviewers were still very professional, but it's just too expensive. Make sure to check before submitting.
