With this editor, the processing is too slow. It has been nearly seven months since submission. The second round of review comments has been returned for almost three weeks without any action. Contacting customer service is also useless. Every time the processing reaches the editor, it takes a month or even more to process. It's so frustrating. The previous submission to the journal was handled by another editor, and it took less than two months from submission to acceptance.
