After another round of revisions, I waited for over a month. The second reviewer asked for additional experiments, but the paper was rejected because the requirements were not met. However, I don't understand why the comments from the third reviewer were only sent to me after the rejection. The reason for rejection was also related to the issues raised by the second reviewer regarding additional experiments. It took about a month for the first round of review, and then over a month for the rejection after revisions. It's frustrating.
