Share the submission process. I didn't adjust the format because I didn't see any instructions on formatting submissions before. As a result, the editor rejected it twice. After adjusting the format and re-uploading, I received an email from the editorial office on July 24, stating that it had been accepted. The submission website changed from Taylor's to ScholarOne. Currently, Taylor's submission website dashboard shows "with editor" and ScholarOne shows "Under Review". Now, I am waiting for the outcome. After all, it's not during school anymore, this is my first submission during my time working in the corporate world. Let's see if I can successfully get it accepted.

Submitted on September 4, received feedback on September 17, revised according to the journal's submission requirements and resubmitted. Then on December 22, two reviewers provided suggestions for revisions, requesting the revised version to be submitted by February 20, 2025.
