Has anyone submitted to this journal after it dropped to a lower zone? I checked the reviews and it seems like this journal has gone crazy after dropping to a lower zone. I haven't found any under review submissions. All I've seen are submissions that have been rejected after 40+ days of waiting, or submissions that were rejected after being asked to revise.
