In March, the article was submitted to the AMM. In the middle of July, after a total of 5 months, there were 3 rounds of feedback: 2 from reviewers and 1 from the associate editor. The associate editor provided more feedback than the reviewers. After the first major revision, the revised version was resubmitted on the same day. Approximately 2 weeks later, one reviewer accepted the revision, while the other reviewer did not respond. The associate editor then provided additional feedback, leading to another major revision. After the second revision, the article was not sent out for external review again. It was accepted the following day. The journal emphasizes practical engineering applications, stating that simulation alone is not sufficient and that actual applications or hardware-in-the-loop experiments are necessary, similar to the current approach in electrical engineering transmission.
