Will this journal check the references and formulas for plagiarism? I have checked a single paper on iThenticate and it was under 2%. However, this journal claims that I have exceeded the limit.

The submission was made in early May of the 24th year, and feedback was received in August. There were four reviewers, and their professional suggestions greatly improved the quality of the manuscript. The revised version was resubmitted in October and accepted in early January of the 25th year. The review process was relatively fast compared to other journals in the field.
