Sent an email in between to inquire, received apologies and assurance of expedited processing. Returned with feedback after 1 month, editor suggested major revisions. Returned in late October after major revisions. Minor revisions provided in early January and accepted on January 13th. Proofreading began in early February and went online on March 12th. Reviewer 1 played a significant role in optimizing and improving the article, providing valuable suggestions.
