It took about 70 days to receive feedback on the submission for the first review, which was a bit long. The revisions were accepted within a week after resubmission.

This is too frustrating. After being rejected by AM, I was advised to submit to small. I submitted on 3.12, but was rejected on 5.9. Within two months, I resubmitted to three reviewers, two of whom were in the top 30%, and one did not provide any rating. The overall reviews seemed okay, mostly suggesting minor revisions. However, the editor directly rejected the submission without any explanation. I don't want to submit to this journal anymore, it's too frustrating. The process is extremely slow and bizarre.
