The fifth decision was a rejection. The editor could have rejected it earlier if they wanted to, instead of sending it to a reviewer who would also reject it, wasting everyone's time. Moreover, the fifth reviewer came in with random and incorrect opinions, which the editor kept mentioning and using as a basis for rejection. The reasons for rejection had already been extensively explained in the text. The fifth reviewer and the editor did not even read it and kept bringing it up.
