Additionally, there are submissions from European and American countries, as well as India, Pakistan, South Korea, Japan, and other countries. The quality of the submissions varies, with domestic papers generally being longer, more detailed in their methodology, and more thorough in their experiments. However, in terms of theoretical innovation, they are not as strong as those from European and American countries. European and American submissions tend to be more daring and imaginative, often coming up with better ideas. This is based on my practical experience, so please do not criticize me! I believe that it is important to build a strong foundation and work solidly from the ground up, which will ultimately lead to excellent results. My paper has been in review for 17 months now, just because no one is reviewing it. The first round of review had two opinions returned, and the second round had to be started over completely with two new reviewers.
