Please update the progress. Is the journal now requiring three reviewers, and does the second review need to be completed by three reviewers before RRC? My second review just hit one month, with two reviewers completing their reviews, showing RRC. Waiting for the editor to handle the results, I didn't expect to see UR again 12 days later, with the third reviewer starting to review again. It has been 10 days since then, and the third reviewer has been reviewing all along, being the slowest during the first review as well. It's been over 50 days for the second review, really urgent.
