The journal's cycle of submission to journal (STJ) and waiting for editor (WE) takes one month in total; the waiting periods for reviewer assignment and reviewer scores are around 15 days each; the waiting period for a recommendation is 40 days; a decision in principle (DIP) takes 1 day → rejection (two revisions lead to a rejection) for reference. The rejection letter, which is two sentences long and denies all the work, negates the innovation in the methodology and the scientific significance of problem-solving in the first paragraph; the second paragraph negates the use of one of the public datasets in the experimental section, which has already been used in many other papers and has lost its significance; the third paragraph contains normal revision and supplementary comments. Thank you for the efforts and dedication of the editor and reviewers, and we hope the journal continues to improve.
