The only advantage of this journal is that the editorial process is very fast. The disadvantage is that there are too many review comments, with a bunch of reviewers each time, dozens of comments, basically similar to a first-tier journal, but it is only a fourth-tier journal. Originally, the editor could handle a minor revision directly, but he sent it for review again, and as a result, the reviewers raised other issues and rejected the paper, which is confusing.
