Five suggestions were made to revise and resubmit for review, along with a request to read XPS-related literature. It was also mentioned that the journal's literature references were not sufficient, so additional references were added as required, and experiments were supplemented accordingly. After making all the requested modifications over half a month, the revised manuscript was submitted. However, it was rejected the next day. Upon careful review of the rejection reasons, it was discovered that the editor had not paid much attention to the response letter and revised manuscript.
