After more than two years of submission, all the trainees have debuted, and only one expert's opinion you dare to believe. Starting to worry about results, always urging for a reply, but later on, when entering a new stage, I temporarily don't need results anymore. I just kept waiting, thinking to myself how slow you can be. The result was truly surprising that after more than two years, there was still no response. I directly said I wanted to withdraw the submission, and at this point, the editor finally started replying to emails. It seems that the emails I sent urging for submission were incomprehensible, but the withdrawal request was understood. Even though I said I wanted to withdraw the submission, they only replied without solving the problem, telling me they couldn't find a second reviewer. I was shocked again, so it took you over a year to find a second reviewer. This is not a comprehensive journal, all are small peers, can't find a reviewer? Or are there too many people in line that I need to be the denominator? In short, if you don't have a plan B in life's rhythm, don't submit to this one!

Submitted twice, not sent for review, both times were Desk Reject by the editor-in-chief within a week. Feels like the journal is not very interested in traditional vehicle system dynamics, but prefers new directions and cross-directions in the railway field (components, control, new algorithm types).

Also, based on feedback from colleagues who submitted to the same journal, the review process is particularly slow, with feedback taking 3-4 months to be returned
