The editor rejected the manuscript for the first time, requesting the source code to be open, the title and abstract to be modified, and "suggested" to cite one or two papers from this journal. Then, five papers were recommended for citation. After checking, two of them were the editor's papers, so I cited them and made all necessary changes. The reason for the second rejection was not meeting the journal's standards, but I am not sure what the standards are. Both submissions were reviewed by the same editor, Bin SHENG. I can only say that the speed of rejection is fast, but I cannot say anything else.

I received a rejection within three days, they asked for revisions to my title and abstract, as well as references to specific literature. I didn't say anything about these requests. Then they also asked for my source code. Not to mention that I still need to work on the code, but they want me to make it publicly available within a week before publishing the article.
