I submitted on June 23rd, received initial review on July 8th, external review on August 4th, major revision on September 19th, received feedback on October 11th, made minor revisions on October 25th, and currently waiting for the revised manuscript to be reviewed. It has passed the technical review and is still pending.

The submission was made on 8.13, and the peer review was sent by the editor on 8.23. On 9.26, I received a review suggesting whether I should continue waiting or push for the manuscript. It is a clinical case study of lung tumor and surgical intervention. I wonder if anyone has been rejected after pushing for a manuscript. I am not sure if I should send a reminder email to the editorial department.

May I ask how long you invite reviewers? I submitted my paper in July, and the editor invited reviewers at the beginning of July. However, until now, no one has accepted the review invitation, and the editor has also stopped sending out invitations.

The submission was made on March 10th and took 4 months before the first round of revisions in mid-July. After 4 days of revisions, the manuscript was returned for a second round of revisions, which took 1 day to complete. The manuscript was accepted 2 days after resubmission. Overall, the process was quite slow, mainly due to difficulties in finding reviewers. However, the final outcome was good. One downside was the high publication fee, which the boss refused to reimburse, so my advice to fellow researchers is to be cautious before submitting, as it can be quite costly.
