Editors are different, styles are different. It doesn't make sense to you in my situation.
I first reviewed by 4 reviewers, returned for revisions on 5.22 due to issues with references; technical review passed on 5.25; invited the original 4 reviewers on 5.26; only 2 accepted, and until today, there are still only 2 reviewers agreeing to review, with one returning comments on 6.10 and the other still not returning any comments.

The first decision was made after about a month and a half, requesting a Major Revision. The editorial process was very fast, with over 10 reviewers invited the day after submission. Reviewers gradually accepted the review invitations and provided feedback, with 7 reviewers eventually accepting and providing 4 sets of comments. The revision was given 28 days.
