The review process was quite fast. The submission was made in early January, and after just over ten days it was sent for review. The paper was rejected and resubmitted in February, then resubmitted again in April after passing the technical review and being sent for external review the next day. Major revisions were made at the end of April and resubmitted at the end of May. Reviewers were invited to continue the review process, with further revisions made on June 11, resubmitted on June 16, and again on July 1 and July 2. Finally, the paper was accepted.

The relative expertise of this is relatively narrow. The review process is extremely slow. Submitted in May 2022, reminded in October 2021. The editor has been saying that it is under review. In February 2022, minor revisions were suggested for the review. After revising, it took one month. The editorial department notified that it is not within the scope. It's really frustrating...
