Submitted two papers, both accepted. The review process took 2 months, and the revised version was accepted within a week. The edited version was published in less than 3 weeks, and is available for download online. Although the journal has a low impact factor and is in a lower tier, it is particularly suitable for project requirements.

Under review status lasted for nearly 50 days after submission. When being rejected, it was said that it was rejected due to one comment of the reviewer, but I did not see the reviewer’s comments in the email or the system. When we sent email to inquiry, the editor said that it had not been sent for review, and the assistant editor rejected it. It felt like playing and it was delayed for nearly two months.
