It depends on luck what kind of reviewers and editors you encounter. With two reviewers, the manuscript went through three rounds of revisions, with feedback from each reviewer usually within about 10 days. However, the editor (who appears to be Chinese from the name) really slowed down the process, with the longest period of unresponsiveness being nearly 3 months. It was a close call, but the editor didn't completely disappear, and the time from submission to acceptance was 6 months.

Hey, brothers, couldn't resist and sent a reminder letter, and got accepted right away, mad.
