The difficulty is not great. The numerical simulation of pure mechanics as a master's graduate in a SCI journal takes about one and a half months for the initial review, but the time for two revisions is slightly longer. It is still more efficient to submit to CBM, JBE, STRUCTURES.

Just like in your situation, the opinions on the two reworkings were completely different. The first time was approved for a major revision, but the second time was rejected. The main reason for the rejection was that the issues that were deemed unacceptable during the second review were completely overlooked during the first review.

The editor replied saying that they hadn't found any reviewers yet, which was embarrassing. In September, one paper was revised and one was rejected by CBM. I am willing to call it a civil engineering ceiling. It was awarded on January 11, 2024, underwent major repairs on May 3, returned on June 17, and underwent major repairs again on December 21.
