Submitted in June, received review comments in mid-July from three reviewers - one major revision and two minor revisions were suggested, with three weeks given for revisions. The reviewers were very responsible and provided valuable feedback. Submitted revisions on August 9th. When writing in English, attention was paid to grammar and adhering to English language conventions. An overseas professional organization was given a week to edit grammar for a fee, and the revised paper was submitted a week later. Second review comments were received a week later, with two reviewers agreeing to accept the paper and one suggesting a minor correction. The correction was made and submitted three days later. Two weeks later, the paper was accepted. Despite the slightly low impact factor, the reviewers' comments were constructive and helpful in improving the quality of the paper. The reviewers were not too harsh on the revised paper, and as my first SCI paper, I am grateful to JAFM for their promptness. I hope the journal continues to improve.

The review process is very slow, it took four months to receive the reviewers' comments. The reviewers' levels are uneven, and the quality of the questions and suggestions they raised is clearly not satisfactory. It has been five months now, with one reviewer accepting the submission and the other requesting minor revisions.

Originally planned to submit to the ASME conference, but missed the abstract submission deadline and couldn't submit the full paper. Submitted directly to JAFM instead, overall quality and length similar to conference papers, and it's still SCI, so a small gain compared to conference papers.
