I am writing to report a persistent issue while attempting to complete the payment for my manuscript submission to the Asian Journal of Surgery . Despite multiple attempts over the past few days, the payment portal consistently returns an error message.

Although it was accepted, since the editor-in-chief sent an email stating that the letter was not counted as a formal citable SCIE-indexed article, does this mean it cannot be indexed by SCI?

Trash journals, whoever submits will lose out! The official submission deadline for all requirements was completed on January 17th, and by February 20th, it was "with editor." There was no response until April 16th, and when I inquired about the status via email, they kept saying it was "with editor"! This one journal has delayed me for 4 months! The editor is very irresponsible! I directly requested to withdraw my submission! Everyone, beware!
