Share with everyone. Submission letter: It takes about 1 month from submission to acceptance. After acceptance, the journal volume number will not be generated immediately, instead, the journal will first release an in press version. Then comes the long wait, it takes about 6 months for the journal volume number to be generated, which may be due to a backlog of submissions. Finally, it will be indexed by WOS after 2-3 weeks. In total, it will take about 7 months, so everyone should manage their time accordingly.

I submitted the manuscript for almost half a year, urging countless times before finally being with the Editor; 
Then there were all sorts of messy editing suggestions back and forth; 
Later, in an email, it was mentioned that acceptance does not require payment before changing the status, and the payment interface is the Taiwan Gastrointestinal Association; 
Finally, despite being published online for 3 months, the journal volume number was not assigned, causing Web of Science to be unable to retrieve it. 
Conclusion: It's better not to submit to the Taiwan Gastrointestinal Journal.
