After submitting for over 4 months, none of the 4 reviewers responded, and requesting to withdraw the submission costs 275 EUR (1647 RMB). It is a rather disappointing magazine. Currently, it has dropped to the third tier and the page fee is 2250 EUR (16478 RMB). |
