Dear experts, regarding the sixth point in the decision letter of this journal after acceptance: 6. It is the authors' responsibility to proofread their papers. Please correct errors in grammar, punctuation, language usage and typos before submitting a final paper. If we have to send a paper back to the author due to the above problems not only will there be a significant delay in the publishing date but a reversal in the final decision may result. The editor-in-chief is requesting proofreading, can we optimize an entire sentence and the structure of the algorithm box for proofreading (without changing any formulas)? Will such a significant change require resubmission for review?
