The first submission invited 5 reviewers, with 2 accepting and providing feedback within 2 weeks. The editor provided a decision after 1 month, as one reviewer had directly rejected the manuscript. The editor suggested revising and resubmitting. 

For the second submission, after revisions in late April, 10 reviewers were invited, with 3 accepting and providing feedback by the end of May. However, there has been no update since then. Does anyone know what this means?
