My case is the same. The submission system showed that more than 10 reviewers were invited, but only 2 accepted the invitation. After receiving the review comments from one of them on January 19th, there has been no further progress. I have sent emails, but the editorial department has not replied.

I received the review invitation on September 24th around 11 o'clock, and I happened to have nothing to do, so I finished reviewing and submitted it in the afternoon.
The decision letter was sent on the evening of September 28th around 8 o'clock, and the result was out 4 days after the review, which is really fast, the fastest I have ever seen in the review process.
Unfortunately, the four reviewers (I am reviewer 1) collectively provided nearly 40 comments, including almost 20 comments that require additional experiments, and there are five or six experiments that are difficult to conduct (long cycle, involving multiple experiments). The amount of additional experiments is probably not less than the original workload.
