Everyone around me thinks that this journal is very fast, and journals that are indexed by both databases are considered worth submitting to. Not submitting seems out of place, so I gave it a try... It turned out to be a legendary magazine with a very fast review speed, which I had a hard time keeping up with. During the process, there was the Chinese New Year, and I also had some personal delays, which caused a slight delay in writing the National Natural Science Foundation project. The journal was only published in the past two months. However, I personally think that the reviewers are quite dedicated and rigorous.
