2024-10-19 17:10:12 評論於 Submitted in mid-May of the 24th year, minor revisions were requested in mid-August, no additional experiments were required. After responding to the revision comments, the paper was rejected in mid-October. I am very confused, was it a change of reviewers during the second round of review? I replied with a lot of explanations. Then why didn't they mention it during the first review? It really wastes time. If you are eager to graduate, be careful and avoid potential pitfalls.
