I previously submitted to IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Magazine, waited for six months, received minor revisions after review, and was ultimately rejected by the editor. Recently, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles has been put on hold, and I submitted a bunch of papers to the editor. Suddenly, I remembered the situation with the ITSM journal I had previously submitted to. So I did some research online and found out that the editor-in-chief of TIV, wfy, was actually the founding editor of ITSM. This connection prompted me to investigate further, hoping that others are also paying attention to this journal.

From submission to receiving the initial comments, I waited for 8 months. I was given two minor revisions, and after making the changes, it didn't need to be re-reviewed. The AE or editor-in-chief can directly decide whether to accept it for publication. It has been 4 and a half months since I revised it, and I have still not received an acceptance notification.
