After being rejected by another journal, I submitted to this journal again. After a round of major revisions and a round of minor revisions, it was accepted. The editor-in-chief has not been very diligent in his work for 25 years, with the longest delay being two to three months. However, I am very grateful for the opportunity the editor gave me to revise. The reviewers' comments were not particularly difficult to address, so if the article is not urgently needed, it is worth a try. When submitting, it is worth noting that this journal is a hybrid open access. It is worth mentioning that the final draft is required to be downloaded by the authors, answered in PDF format, and then emailed to the editorial board. I am not sure if this is the case for others, but it is worth noting for reference.
