I submitted to NML twice. The first time, it was rejected after two minor revisions. The editor rejected it. The second time, after two minor revisions and one major revision, it was accepted. A typical characteristic of NML is that no matter how many minor revisions are made, as long as one reviewer rejects it, the editor will reject it as well!
