Editorial notice on 15th May 2024: Title should be less than 90 characters
After revising the title and re-uploading the manuscript on 18th May 2024, a revision statement needs to be uploaded because the submission was unsuccessful due to unfamiliarity with the procedure, and it was only successfully resubmitted on the 18th.
After waiting for two months, the status is still "review: in progress" as of 9th July 2024.
The status updated to "Decision pending: in progress" on 18th July 2024.
On 19th August 2024, the opinions of the reviewers were minor revision, major revision, and rejection. The editor requested the revised manuscript and the response to the reviewers' comments to be submitted within a month (by 24th September 2024).
On 9th September 2024, the major revised manuscript was submitted along with a response to the reviewers.
As of 22nd October 2024, one month has passed and the status remains "Under review: in progress".

Reviewing is fast, and the editing process after submission is not delayed. It can be sent for review quickly, and it takes about 3 months from submission to acceptance, which is considered relatively fast. The journal requirements are not very high, but it is not of low quality either. The quality is still good, and the impact factor has been gradually increasing in recent years. It is a journal under the Institution of Civil Engineers in the UK, which is excellent and worth submitting to.
