The overall quality of the journal is okay, but: Don't submit! Don't submit! Don't submit! It's really too slow! Too slow! Too slow!
It has been 23 months since submission, and I received one review after 16 months of submission, with 20 days to revise. After resubmission, it has been 7 months, the second review has been completed for 6 months, but there has been no progress.
I have sent multiple reminder emails to the editorial team, and they replied explaining that various "non-manuscript" reasons have caused delays. They promised to expedite the process, but several months have passed and there is still no progress.
I personally feel that the editorial team is extremely irresponsible and does not respect the time of the authors! How does this resemble an open-access journal? Expensive and slow!
Although complaining about the progress of the journal, I still pray and hope that two years of waiting will yield good results!
