The journal is very rubbish, it is completely subjective.
Since September, there have been 2 reviewers who both recommended major revisions (as shown in the decision), but the associate editor directly rejected it, giving some perfunctory excuses, clearly summarizing it casually with AI, trying to find ways to reject it. I really feel that this journal wants to be top-tier, which is completely irresponsible, a sign of a clique publication.
Originally a CCF C-level journal, acting arrogantly to make top-tier journal decisions, this is completely irresponsible, a rubbish journal, I will not submit again.

The submission has been rejected, and it is advised that everyone carefully consider submitting to this journal.
1- Submitted in July, received rejection in October, with three reviewers, two major revisions, and one rejection. The Associate Editor suggested some new ideas for resubmission, reject and resubmit.
2- After a month of careful revision, a response letter of nearly 80 pages was sent in early November.
3- Yesterday received a desk rejection email! The three-line response stated that my content did not contribute significantly to the journal's theme and suggested submitting elsewhere.
4- Filed an appeal email, response stated that the first submission was rejected, and the second submission was judged by new criteria, failing the initial review and resulting in a desk rejection.
This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, why did the first submission pass and the improved second submission fail, I really do not understand. Therefore, it is recommended that everyone carefully consider submitting to this journal, as it is not a top-tier journal, just a second-tier one.
