Yes, it has been 22 days and still with the editor, don't know what's going on, I've seen similar situations on Little Red Book as well. The official website's claim of an average of 5 days is not reliable.

My submission experience is as follows: the manuscript was sent for review the day after submission, the review process took about a month and a half, and if the opinions of two reviewers are received, it will wait for the opinion of a third reviewer. Some suggestions were quite similar, but they helped improve the overall quality of the article. The revised version was given a month for resubmission, and the decision was made on the same day that the opinions of the last two reviewers reached the RRC status. Dr. Wei is very efficient in handling submissions, as changes in the system status are generally processed within a day or two.
