Share some experience!! After submission, it was reviewed externally in just two days, followed by a very quick round of revisions for nearly a month. After making the necessary changes, feedback came back for minor edits a week later. Once again, after submitting the revised version, the external expert agreed, but the editor disagreed. Another month passed before the editor requested further modifications. After going back and forth for two to three months, it finally came to a standstill. Four months later, it was sent for external review again (with a new expert), which was approved, and accepted a week later. It took nearly 10 months in total, with a total of 6 rounds of revisions. Fortunately, it was accepted in the end!
